The Innovation Advisory Service helps to identify and remove barriers to innovation. They help identify and utilise world-class knowledge and research to develop and refine products and services. IAS helps access new business opportunities in the public and private sector, and identifies government research and development contracts, including Private Sector, Ministry of Defence and Research Council contracts.
